Access Guide
Getting to (The Aqua Tower)
- The water park is located at the front of the main resort building.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a slight ramp/slope and a lift.

Entrance (To Access the Water Park, Archery and Entertainment)
- The entrance to the water park is located at the rear of the basement floor.
- The entrance to the area is accessed by lift.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the water park.
- The ramp is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are automatic doors at the entrance, which open by sliding.
- The width of the door opening is 148cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
Water Park
- This is an outdoor water park.
- The following pools have stepped access: the Aqua Tower pool.
- The following pools have access via a ladder: the main swimming pool.
- No slides have step-free access.
- There is step-free access around the whole water park.
- The area has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- Seating in the area includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is step-free level access to the poolside showers.
- There are 4 designated sun loungers for guests with disabilities.
Toilet (Aqua Tower, Aqua Snack Bar, Entertainment Area and Archery)
- The male and female standard toilets were surveyed.
- There is not step-free access into the toilet.
- There are 2 steps to access the toilet. These are unmarked, with no handrails.
- The toilet door is push pad activated, opens by sliding and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 85cm.
- The width of the door into the toilet cubicle is not over 75cm.
- The wash basin tap type is lever.
