Access Guide
Getting to (Baia Patisserie)
- The Baia Patisserie is located on the basement floor of the main building, opposite the Lush Lounge Bar.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, an open entrance with no doors and a lift.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the basement floor, opposite the Lush Lobby Bar, please click here for more information (new tab)
Café
- There is step-free level access into the café area.
- The café has a counter where food and drink can be ordered and full table service.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Lighting levels are good in this area.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: sofas and armchairs.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is low pile carpet.
- Some flooring is patterned.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels are good in this seating area.
