Getting to
- The Starbucks café is located in the grounds, to the left after you exit the main building.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the basement floor, opposite the Lush Lobby Bar, please click here for more information (new tab).
Café
- There is step-free level access into the café area.
- The café has a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are good in this area.
Seating

- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: armchairs and sofas.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).

- Lighting levels are good in this seating area.
