Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Basement Floor - Next to the Shops, Opposite the Lobby Bar - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 86cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 130cm x 330cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 120cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush in the centre of the cistern.
- The following grab rails are available: a horizontal grab rail on the non-transfer side.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder, the soap dispenser and towel dispenser.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the wash basin.
- The following fixtures are not at the recommended height: the wash basin (not between 72cm - 74cm), the soap dispenser (not between 80cm - 100cm), towel dispenser (not between 80cm - 100cm), the toilet seat (not at 48cm) and the toilet roll holder (not between 80cm - 100cm).
