Resort Information
- This resort is located on the east coast of Fuerteventura.
- The resort provides accommodation in a four-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 7 lifts.
- This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, beach access, swimming pools and a restaurant.
- The resort has 486 rooms available. 14 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Standard rooms with adjoining rooms are available.
- There is 1 restaurant.
- There are 3 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found near the main restaurant.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby and near the main restaurant.
- Baby change facilities can be found within the toilets with adaptations for disabled people and within the female standard toilets.

- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the resort.
- The ramp is slight, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which open towards you.
- The width of the door opening is 85cm.
- The width of the revolving door to the left of the manual door is 173cm.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
Getting Around the Building
- This building contains a main reception and restaurants.
- The building has multiple floors which can be accessed via stairs and lift.
- There is step-free level access to the reception lobby and the lifts.
There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms, the pool area and the restaurant. - There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main entrance doors and the lobby bar.
- There is step-free access via steep ramps to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets, the rooms with adaptations for disabled people and the entertainment bar.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 0 to 4.
- The lift door opening width is 88cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 117cm x 125cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception Lobby - Left Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free access into the toilet, via a ramp.
- The ramp is steep, over 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a medium colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 81cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 177cm x 210cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 98cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side and a vertical rail on the left side of the wash basin.
- Fixtures within the toilet include: a toilet roll holder, a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a towel dispenser.
- The toilet has a mirror which has been angled for ease of use.
- There is no shelf in the toilet.
- The cubicle has a waste bin with lid and a sanitary bin.

Toilet (Reception Lobby)

- The ramp is steep, over 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm).
