Access Guide
Getting to
- The buffet restaurant is located on the lower ground floor of the main hotel building.
- The most accessible route has a lift and a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps).

Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on the lower ground floor of the main hotel building.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the restaurant.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are 3 steps, which are clearly marked, with no handrails.
- The ramp overcomes the steps.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 182cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has a bar where drinks can be ordered, buffet counters and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are menu boards.
- Food served includes: buffet food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- The flooring inside is hard.
