Getting to

Entrance

  • The entrance to the restaurant is located on the lower ground floor of the main hotel building.
  • There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the restaurant.
  • The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
  • There are 3 steps, which are clearly marked, with no handrails.
  • The ramp overcomes the steps.
  • There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
  • The width of the door opening is 182cm.
  • The door has a low colour contrast.
  • A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.

Restaurant

  • The restaurant has a bar where drinks can be ordered, buffet counters and staff who can provide assistance.
  • Menus are menu boards.
  • Food served includes: buffet food.
  • The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
  • Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
  • The following are available: drinking straws.
  • There is no hearing assistance system.
  • There is background noise.
  • None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
  • The flooring inside is hard.
