Getting to
- Il Primo à la carte restaurant is located on the ground floor of main hotel building, to the left of the main lobby area.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.

Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on the ground floor of the main hotel building, to the left of the lobby area.

- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which is permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 82cm.
- The door has a high colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: Italian food and an à la carte menu.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- The flooring inside is hard.

Entrance (External Seating Area)

- There are 3 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.

- The width of the door opening is 147cm.
- The door have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
- There is alternative ramped access to the external restaurant seating area which can be accessed via the front of the main hotel building. The ramp is steep and 154cm wide.
Toilet (Male and Female)
- The male and female standard toilets were surveyed.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- There is an opening without doors which is 100cm wide.
- The width of the door into the toilet cubicle is not over 75cm.
- The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
