Getting to
- The Snack Bar is located within the resort grounds, to the left of the main pool.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is located on the ground floor of the main hotel building, within the lobby, please click here for more information (new tab).
Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves food and drink.
- Menus are menu boards.
- Food served includes: buffet food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are low in this bar.
- If guests have particular dietary requirements, they can have a meeting with the guest relations manager and kitchen chefs in order to discuss their meal preferences.
