Resort Information
- This beachfront resort is located in Riviera Maya on the Caribbean coast of Mexico.
- The resort provides accommodation in 7 four-storey buildings and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 2 lifts.

- The resort has 205 rooms available. 2 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
- Adjoining rooms are not available.
- There are 4 restaurants.
- There are 4 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
- Toilet and changing facilities available include: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
- Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in the reception lobby.
- Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby, in the restaurant and in the pool area.
- Baby change facilities can be found within the female standard toilets in the reception lobby and within the male and female standard toilets in the pool area.

Getting Around the Building

There is step-free level access via lift to the standard guest rooms and the entertainment area. - There is step-free access via slight ramps to the main restaurant and to the buffet tables in the main restaurant.
- There is step-free access via steep ramps to the main entrance doors, the sports bar and the entertainment area.
- The floors that can be accessed from the lift are 1-4.
- The lift door opening width is 88cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 90cm x 140cm.
Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception Lobby - Right Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 100cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 140cm x 200cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 90cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a lever flush on the non transfer side.
- There is no dropdown rail.
- Grab rails in the toilet include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side and a vertical grab rail on the non transfer side.
