- The entertainment area is inside.
- Access into the area is via a standard lift, slight ramps/slopes and a steep ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- The width of the door opening is 200cm.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is room for wheelchair users to manoeuvre in the majority of this area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
- The entertainment area is located in the sister hotel next door, the Riviera Maya.
