Resort Information

The resort is located in Playa de las Americas, in southern Tenerife.
The resort provides accommodation in a four-storey building and is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways with many steep ramps. There is one lift.
This resort has the following facilities: a swimming pool and a restaurant.
The resort has 88 rooms available. None of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
Adjoining rooms are not available.
There is 1 restaurant.
There is 1 swimming pool (excluding room pools).
Toilet and changing facilities available include: a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people and step-free standard toilets.
Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found next to the restaurant.
Standard toilet facilities can be found in the reception lobby and next to the restaurant.
There is a medication fridge available on request.
Guests cannot hire mobility equipment from the resort.
Guests can hire mobility equipment locally.
The resort has a list of local suppliers.
Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
