Getting to (the Restaurant)

  • Take one of the lifts to the right of the reception desk, to level -1.
  • On exiting the lift, turn right and exit the building via the manual doors.
  • Turn left and proceed along the pathway.
  • Bypass the entertainment area and the restaurant is straight ahead.
  • The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and manual doors.

Entrance

  • The entrance to the restaurant is located to the rear of the entertainment area.
  • There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
  • There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
  • The width of the door opening is 154cm.
  • The doors have a low colour contrast.
  • A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.

Restaurant

  • The restaurant has buffet counters and staff who can provide assistance.
  • Food served includes: buffet food and varies daily.
  • The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
  • The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
  • There is no hearing assistance system.
  • There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
  • All of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
  • The flooring inside is hard.
  • The flooring is shiny and patterned.
  • There is step-free level access around the area.

Seating

  • There is step-free level access around the area.
  • There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
  • The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
  • The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
  • The flooring inside is hard.
  • Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
  • There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
