Access Guide
Getting to
- Bar Bitacora is located to the rear of the left hand side ground floor corridor, as you enter the resort.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is in the male toilets of the Restaurante Galeon, please click here for more information (new tab).
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is in the female toilets of the Restaurante Galeon, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance
- The entrance to the bar is located at the rear of the left hand side of the ground floor corridor.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 157cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
Bar
- The bar serves drinks.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: drinks only.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
Seating
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: sofas, armchairs and high stools.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).

- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
