Access Guide
Getting to (Outdoor Saltwater Pool)
- The outdoor saltwater pool is located on the resort grounds to the left as you exit the Pool Snack Bar.
- The most accessible route has a lift, a steep ramp/slope and an open entrance with no doors.

Swimming Pool (Outdoor Saltwater Split-Level)
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- Access into the pool area is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with a handrail on the left going down.
- Access into the water is via a ladder or steps.
- There are 5 steps with handrails on both sides.
- There is step-free level access around some of the pool.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
- The following adaptations are available for disabled people: hydraulic hoist.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers.
- The flooring is hard.

- There is not step-free access to the poolside showers.
Splash Park (Children's Pool)
- This is an outdoor splash park with waterslides.
- Access into the area is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with a handrail on the left going down.
- Access into the water is via a ladder.
- No slides have step-free access.
- There is step-free access around some of the splash park.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
- The area has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- Seating in the area includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is step-free access to the poolside showers, via a steep ramp.
Changing Area (Male and Female)
- The facilities available within the changing area include; standard changing rooms/cubicles, standard showers, standard toilets and baby change facilities.
- There is step-free access into the area, via a ramp.
- The ramp is steep between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- The door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The width of the door opening is 76cm.
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The seating in the changing area includes: bench seats.
- The changing area has: standard showers with no step-free access.
- The showers have a fixed overhead shower head.
- The width of the shower door opening is 49cm.
- Toilet facilities include: step-free standard toilets.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 53cm.
- There is a baby change facility which is not at a recommended height (75cm) .
- The doors into the changing cubicles are 49cm wide.
