Access Guide
Getting to (Pool Snack Bar)
- The pool snack bar is on the lower ground floor of the resort, to the right of Bar Salon Almirante.
- The most accessible route has a lift, an open entrance with no doors and a steep ramp/slope.

Bar (Pool Snack Bar)
- Access into the bar area is via a steep ramp/slope.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- The bar serves food and drink.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: buffet food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are low in this bar.
- There are 5 unmarked steps with handrails on both sides to access the pool snack bar from the swimming pool.
Seating (Pool Snack Bar)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise.
- Lighting levels are low in this seating area.
- There is a raised area which has ramped access.
