Getting to the Room (398)

  • The average walking time to the room is 5 minutes.
  • Exit to the rear of the reception building and follow the pool around to the right.
    Continue around the right side of the splash pool towards the ramp at the far end of the pool area.
    Continue up the ramp and turn right, onto the path before the medical centre.
    Follow the path, turning right at the junction.
    Continue straight ahead, the door to apartment 398 will be on the right.
  • The most accessible route to the room has a steep ramp/slope.
  • The majority of the walkways on route to the room are over 180cm.
  • The flooring on the route is shiny and patterned.

Room (398 - Standard Room)

  • This room has no adaptations for disabled people. There are no rooms with adaptations for disabled people at this resort.
  • There is step-free access into the room, via a slope.
  • The slope is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
  • The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast.
  • The room door opening is 67cm wide.
  • The bed type is made from two single beds pushed together.
  • The top of the mattress is 60cm from the floor.
  • The space under the bed is 29cm high.
  • Furniture cannot be moved to enable a turning space (150cm x 150cm) next to the bed.
  • The room does not have an emergency alarm.
  • There is hard flooring.

Ensuite (398)

  • The ensuite door opens away from you and has an opening width of 57cm.
  • There is not room for a wheelchair user to turn in the ensuite (150cm x 150cm).
  • There is hard flooring.
  • The facilities in the ensuite include: a toilet, a wash basin and a shower cubicle.
  • There is no lateral transfer space next to the toilet, as the wash basin obstructs it.
  • Fixtures within the ensuite include: a toilet roll holder and a soap dispenser.
  • There is no dropdown rail.
  • Grab rails in the ensuite include: a diagonal grab rail at the shower.
  • There is not a turning space in the shower for a wheelchair user (150cm x 150cm).
