Resort Information
- This seafront resort is located in Kalithea, on the northeast coast of Rhodes.

Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- There is a reception desk with a lowered area which is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.

- There are coffee tables, sofas, chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests available in this reception area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).

Getting Around the Building

- The floors that can be accessed from this lift are 0 to -1.
- This lift is a standard lift.
- Externally the lift has: a door with a high colour contrast to the surroundings, buttons with a high colour contrast to the surroundings, controls that are not at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm) and tactile markings.
- The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
- The lift door opening width is 90cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 180cm x 150cm.
- There are other lifts which are similar in size at the same location.
- Internally the lift has; a mirror to aid reversing, controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm), Braille markings, tactile markings and buttons with a high colour contrast to the surroundings.
Getting Around the Resort
- The paths around the resort are made from: concrete, tiles, artificial grass and block paving.

Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Reception Lobby - Left Hand Transfer)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 235cm x 112cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the toilet as you look at it.
- The lateral transfer space is 150cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a spatula flush on the non transfer side.
- The following grab rails are available: a vertical rail on the right side of the wash basin.
