Getting to (Bistro Bar)

The Bistro Bar is located outside of the resort on the right hand side.
Access from the foyer is via the lift down to level -1. As you exit the lift, turn left and follow the corridor.
Go through the doors on the right into the Lounge Bar, then the Bistro Bar is at the rear of the Lounge Bar.
The most accessible route has doors permanently held open and a lift.

Access into the bar area is via steps.
There are 4 steps, which are clearly marked, with a handrail on the left going down.
The bar has full table service and serves food and drink.
Menus are handheld.
Food served includes: a modern bar menu and sandwiches and snacks.
The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups, takeaway cutlery, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
There is no hearing assistance system.
There is no (or very little) background noise.
None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
There is step-free level access around the area.
The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
The flooring outside is hard.
Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
The height of the counter is 110cm.

There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
The seating includes: dining chairs with armrests.
The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
The flooring outside is hard.
There is no (or very little) background noise.
Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
The heights of the tables are 69cm.
