Access Guide
Getting to (Pool Bar)
- The pool bar is located on level -1 next to the outdoor pool.
Access from the foyer is via the lift down to level -1.
As you exit the lift, turn left and go through the door to the outdoor pool area. The pool bar is at the rear of the outdoor pool area. - The most accessible route has manual doors and a lift.

Bar (Pool Bar)
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves food and drink and has full table service.
- Menus are menu boards and handheld.
- Food served includes: a modern bar menu and sandwiches and snacks.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups, takeaway cutlery, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.
Seating (Pool Bar)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
