Access Guide
Getting to (Platinum - Infinity Pool)
- The Infinity Pool is located on level P7 in the Platinum Club.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a platform lift.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is next to the Platinum Bar and infinity pool in the female toilet, please click here for more information (new tab).

Lift (Infinity Pool)
- The lift is located next to the infinity pool.
- This lift is a platform lift.
- Externally the lift has: controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm) and a door with a low colour contrast to the surroundings.
- The lift does have a recommended turning space (150cm x 150cm) in front of it.
- The lift door opening width is 100cm.
- The dimensions of the lift are 80cm x 120cm.
- Internally the lift has; a separate door to exit, tactile markings and controls at a recommended height (between 90cm - 120cm).
Swimming Pool
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- Access into the pool area is via steps and a platform lift.
- There are 7 steps, which are unmarked, with no handrails.
- Access into the water is via steps.
- There are 6 steps with handrails on both sides.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool is not staffed and does not have a lifeguard.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers and a poolside bar.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is step-free level access to the poolside bar, via a lift.
- There is step-free level access to the poolside showers.
