Getting to the Room (263)
- The average walking time to the room is 2 minutes.
- Take one of the lifts from the reception lobby to the second floor. On exiting the lift, take a left and proceed through the fire doors (127cm wide). The door to room 263 is the second door on the left.
- The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access, a standard lift and doors permanently held open.
- The majority of the walkways on route to the room are between 120cm and 180cm.
- The width of the lift door opening is 79cm.
- The internal dimensions for the lift are 105cm x 138cm.
- Some flooring on the route is shiny.
Room (263)
- This room has adaptations for disabled people. There are 4 rooms of this type in the resort.

- There is step-free level access into the room.
- The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The room door opening is 80cm wide.
- The bed type is made from two single beds pushed together.
- The top of the mattress is 50cm from the floor.
- The space under the bed is 29cm high.
- Furniture cannot be moved to enable a turning space (150cm x 150cm) next to the bed.
- The room does have an emergency alarm.

Ensuite (Room 263 - Left Hand Transfer)
- The ensuite door opens away from you and has an opening width of 84cm.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to turn in the ensuite (150cm x 150cm).
- There is hard flooring.
- The facilities in the ensuite include: a toilet, a wash basin and a shower cubicle.
- There is a lateral transfer space on the left hand side of the toilet with a minimum width of 86cm.
- Fixtures within the ensuite include: a toilet roll holder and a soap dispenser.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- Grab rails in the ensuite include: a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side and a vertical grab rail at the shower.
