Access Guide
Getting to (the Restaurant)
- Leave the reception lobby via the rear exit doors and head up the slope.
- At the top of the slope, turn right and proceed up the second slope.
- At the top of the second slope, turn left then continue up the ramp to the entertainment area.
- The restaurant is on the left hand side.
- The most accessible route has slight ramps/slopes and doors permanently held open.
Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located to the left hand side of the entertainment area.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 106cm.
- The doors have a medium colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- There is step-free level access into the restaurant area.
- The restaurant has buffet counters and staff who can provide assistance.
- Food served includes: buffet food and varies daily.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny and patterned.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
