Getting to (Time To Smile Pool)

The pool is to the rear of the resort as you enter from the Aegean Village reception building.
The pool is only for use of guests in the Time To Smile apartments.
The most accessible route has step-free level access.
The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the ground floor of the Aegean Village reception building, please click here for more information (new tab)

This is an outdoor swimming pool.
There is step-free level access into the pool area.
There is a ramp without handrails to get into the water.
There are 7 steps with a handrail on the left going up.
There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
The pool is not staffed and does not have a lifeguard.
Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
Additional facilities include: poolside showers, a poolside bar and poolside bars.
The flooring is artificial grass and hard.

The facilities available within the changing area include; standard showers and standard toilets.
The female changing area was surveyed, and there are also male changing areas available.
There is not step-free access into the area.
There are 10+ steps, which are unmarked, with a handrail on the right going down.
The door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast.
The width of the door opening is 86cm.
There is hard flooring.
The flooring is shiny.
The changing area has: a step-free standard shower.
The showers have an adjustable, detachable shower head not at a recommended height (between 105cm - 185cm) and a fixed overhead shower head.
Toilet facilities include: step-free standard toilets.
