Access Guide
Getting to (Faros Pool)
- The pool is at the left hand side of the Ionian resort grounds, in the Fishing Village.
Access to the pool area varies depending on the location of the guest's room.
There is a slight ramp to the pool area from the Ionian Hotel.
There is level access to the pool area from the Fishing Village accommodation.
Rooms 1101-1157, 1201-1257, 1301-1347 have a steep ramp to access the beach-style entry to the pool, but level access to the stepped and ladder entry areas. - The most accessible route has step-free level access.

Swimming Pool
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- There is step-free level access into the pool area.
- The slope is over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- Access into the water is via a ramp or a ladder.
- There are 10+ steps with a handrail on the right going up.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool is not staffed and does not have a lifeguard.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: poolside showers and a poolside bar.
- The flooring is hard.

- There are standard toilets in various parts of the grounds which can be used from this pool.
