Access Guide
Getting to (Faros Pool Bar)
- The bar is in the lighthouse next to Faros pool, at the left hand side of the Ionian resort grounds, in the Fishing Village.
Access to the bar varies depending on the location of the guest's room.
There is a slight ramp to the bar from the Ionian Hotel.
There is level access to the bar from rooms 1158-1165, 1258-1265, 1362, and 1363 in the Fishing Village accommodation.
Rooms 1101-1157, 1201-1257, and 1301-1347 in the Fishing Village have a steep ramp to access the bar. - The most accessible route has step-free level access.

Bar (Faros Pool Bar)
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
Seating (Karnayio Snack Bar and Faros Pool Bar)
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests and chairs without armrests.
- Some of the tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
