- The most accessible route has a slight ramp/slope and doors permanently held open.

- There are 2 steps, which are unmarked, with handrails on both sides.
- The kiosk has a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- Food served includes: desserts.
- The following are available: takeaway cups.

- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
