Getting to (Outdoor Slide Pool)

  • The outdoor slide pool is located to the far left of the resort grounds, close to the main lagoon pool.
  • The most accessible route has doors permanently held open and a slight ramp/slope.

Swimming Pool

  • This is an outdoor splash park with waterslides.
  • There is step-free level access into the pool area.
  • Access into the water is via a ladder or steps.
  • There are 6 steps with a central handrail.
  • There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
  • The following adaptations are available for disabled people: pool lift.
  • The pool has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
  • Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers.
  • Additional facilities include: poolside showers.
  • The flooring is hard.
  • There is step-free level access to the poolside showers.
  • There are four water slides, all of which have stepped access.

Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People

  • There is step-free level access into the toilet.
  • There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
  • The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
  • The width of the toilet door opening is 98cm.
  • The toilet door has a push button lock.
  • The dimensions of the cubicle are 151cm x 198cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
  • There is not a lateral transfer space next to the toilet.
  • There is a push button flush.
  • The following grab rails are available: a horizontal grab rail on both sides of the toilet and a vertical rail on the right side of the wash basin.
  • There is no dropdown rail.
  • The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder and the soap dispenser.
  • The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the wash basin.
