Getting to (Saray)
- Saray is located on the first floor of the main building by the reception.
- The most accessible route has doors permanently held open, a lift and a slight ramp/slope.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the first floor of the main building, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on the first floor of the main building.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There is an opening without doors at the entrance, which is permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 222cm.
Restaurant
- There is step-free level access into the restaurant area.
- The restaurant has full table service.
- Food served includes: an à la carte menu.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There may be background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels are low in this area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- Food is pre ordered at the guest relations desk.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Lighting levels are low in this seating area.
