Access Guide
Getting to (Spa)
- The Spa is located on the lower ground floor, opposite the buffet restaurant.
- The most accessible route has doors permanently held open and slight ramps/slopes.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the lower ground floor of the main building, please click here for more information (new tab)
Entrance (Spa)
- The entrance to the spa is located on the lower ground floor of the main building.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the spa.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 182cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
Reception (Spa)
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- Lighting levels are low at this reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
Counter (Towel Station)

Changing Area
