Access Guide
Getting to (Infinity Pool Bar)
- The Infinity Pool Bar is located to the far left of the resort grounds.
- The most accessible route has steep ramps/slopes and slight ramps/slopes.
Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: drinks only.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs with armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.

Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Peninsular)
- There is step-free access into the toilet, via a slope.
- The slope is steep between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 77cm.
- The toilet door has no lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 259cm x 243cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There are lateral transfer spaces on both sides of the toilet but they are obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space on the left is 95cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
- The lateral transfer space on the right is 129cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on both sides of the seat.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: a toilet roll holder on the dropdown rail.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the wash basin, the soap dispenser and hand dryer.
- The following fixtures are at the recommended height: the toilet seat (48cm).
- The following fixtures are not at the recommended height: the toilet roll holder (not between 80cm - 100cm), the wash basin (not between 72cm - 74cm), the soap dispenser (not between 80cm - 100cm), hand dryer (not between 80cm - 100cm) and the baby changing facility (not at 75cm).
