Access Guide
Getting to (La Palmera Snack Bar)
- The snack bar is located to the left of the main swimming pool, in the centre of the resort grounds.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is in the male toilet in reception foyer, please click here for more information (new tab).
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is in the female toilet in reception foyer, please click here for more information (new tab).
Restaurant
- There is step-free level access into the restaurant area.
- The restaurant has a self service counter.
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: buffet food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are low in this area.
