Getting to
- The Lounge Bar is located on the ground floor of the main hotel, by the buffet restaurant.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope and doors permanently held open.

Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves drinks.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels are good in this bar.
Seating

- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: armchairs, chairs with armrests, high stools and sofas.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny and patterned.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Lighting levels in this seating area are low in the evening.
