Access Guide
Getting to (Buffet Restaurant)
- The Buffet Restaurant is located on level 1. Access from the hotel foyer is via the lift up to level 1. As you exit the lift, turn right and the entrance to the Buffet Restaurant is directly ahead.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift, a slight ramp/slope and doors permanently held open.

Entrance (Buffet Restaurant)
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on level 1.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the restaurant.
- The ramp is slight, over 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 185cm.
- The doors have a high colour contrast.
- There is a second set of manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.

- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant (Buffet Restaurant)
- The restaurant has buffet counters.
- Menus are displayed on the counter.
- Food served includes: buffet food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- Lighting levels are good in this area.

- The meal times are: Breakfast - 8am to 10:30am Dinner - 6:45pm to 9:15pm.
