Access Guide
Getting to (Pool Bar)
- The Pool Bar is located on level 1. Access from the hotel foyer is via the standard lift up to level 1. As you exit the lift, turn right and use the platform lift to overcome the steps. Enter the outdoor pool area via the steep ramp and continue ahead to the pool bar area.
- The most accessible route has a lift, a platform lift, a very steep ramp/slope and automatic doors.

Bar
- There is step-free level access into the bar area.
- The bar serves food and drink and has full table service.
- Menus are handheld.
- Food served includes: sandwiches, snacks, burgers, hot dogs, chips, ice creams, salads.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups, a portable card machine for payment and room charge.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- The flooring outside is hard.
Seating
- There is step-free level access into the seating area.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: high stools and chairs with armrests.
- The tables are suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction) .
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
