Access Guide
Getting to
- The kids' pool is located at the end of the resort grounds, on the left.
- The most accessible route has a lift, a slight ramp/slope, a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps), doors permanently held open and a gate.

Entrance
- The entrance to the swimming pool is located at the rear of the resort grounds, to the left.
- There is step-free access via slope at the entrance to the swimming pool.
- The slope is slight, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is a gate at the entrance, which is permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 92cm.
- The gate has a medium colour contrast.
Swimming Pool
- This is an outdoor swimming pool.
- Guests get into the water by dropping directly in from the side of the pool.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- There is a raised area which has stepped access.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: sun loungers and chairs with armrests.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is not step-free access to the poolside showers.
Toilet
- The shared standard toilet was surveyed.
- There is not step-free access into the toilet.
- There is 1 step to access the toilet. These are unmarked, with no handrails.
- The toilet door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 76cm.
- The width of the door into the toilet cubicle is not over 75cm.
- The wash basin tap type is twist/turn.
- Lighting levels are low in the cubicle.
