- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial and written text signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens by sliding and has a medium colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 83cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 281cm x 175cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There are lateral transfer spaces on both sides of the toilet but the left side, as you look at it, is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space on the left is 108cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
- The lateral transfer space on the right is 135cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on both sides of the seat.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the toilet roll holder, the wash basin, the soap dispenser and hand dryer.
- The following fixtures are at the recommended height: the toilet roll holder (between 80cm - 100cm), the soap dispenser (between 80cm - 100cm) and hand dryer (between 80cm - 100cm).
- The following fixtures are not at the recommended height: the toilet seat (not at 48cm) and the wash basin (not between 72cm - 74cm).
- The wash basin tap type is lever mixer.
- The following have a high colour contrast with their surroundings: both dropdown rails and the floor.
- The following have a less clear colour contrast with their surroundings: the internal toilet door and the toilet seat.
- There is a pull cord emergency alarm but it was tied up at the time of the survey.
