Access Guide
Getting to
- The indoor pool is located on the lower ground floor near the entrance to the buffet restaurant.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

Entrance
- The entrance to the swimming pool is located on the lower ground floor.
- The entrance to the swimming pool is accessed by lift.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens both ways.
- The width of the door opening is 85cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Swimming Pool
- This is an indoor swimming pool.
- Access into the water is via a ladder or steps.
- There are 7 steps with a central handrail.
- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The following adaptations are available for disabled people: hydraulic hoist.
- The pool has a lifeguard on duty but not at all times.
- Seating around the pool includes: chairs with armrests and sun loungers.
- Additional facilities include: jacuzzis and poolside showers.
- The flooring is hard.
- There is not step-free access to the poolside showers.
- There is a single step into the poolside shower.
Changing Area
- The facilities available within the changing area include; standard changing rooms/cubicles.
- The male and female changing areas was surveyed, and available.
- There is step-free level access into the area.
- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The width of the door opening is 86cm.
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is patterned.
- The seating in the changing area includes: stools.
- There are no toilets available at the indoor pool.
