Access Guide
Getting to
- The Laguna Pool Snack Bar is on the far side of the outdoor pool area.
- The most accessible route has a lift.

- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is on the Lower Ground Floor - Left of Corridor - Transfer Both Sides, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance
- The entrance to the bar is located at the far end of the outdoor pool area.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the bar.
- The ramp is very steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with a handrail that switches sides.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Bar
- The bar serves food and drink.
- Menus are wall-mounted.
- Food served includes: sandwiches and snacks.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels are good in this bar.
Seating
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Lighting levels are good in this seating area.
