Access Guide
Getting to the Room (1081)
- The average walking time to the room is 4 minutes.
- Take a left at the reception desk, then turn right to exit the doors. Continue to the end of the corridor.
Take a left and proceed through the fire doors. Turn left into the room corridor and the door to room number 1081 is on the right. - The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access, automatic doors and doors permanently held open.
- The majority of the walkways on route to the room are between 120cm and 180cm.
- Some flooring on the route is shiny.
Room (1081)
- This room has adaptations for disabled people. There are 5 rooms of this type in the resort.
- All rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to the one surveyed.
- There is step-free level access into the room.
- The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a low colour contrast.
- The room door opening is 79cm wide.
- The bed type is made from two single beds pushed together.
- The top of the mattress is 53cm from the floor.
- The space under the bed is 26cm high.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to turn next to the bed (150cm x 150cm).
- The room does have an emergency alarm.
- There is hard flooring.
- The width of the balcony door is 106cm.
Ensuite (1081)
