Access Guide
Getting to (Amoroza Buffet Restaurant)
- The Amoroza Buffet Restaurant is located on Level -1 (Swimming Pool Level), to the rear right of the hotel building.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on Level -1 (Swimming Pool Level), to the rear right of the hotel building.
- The entrance to the restaurant is accessed by lift.

- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the restaurant.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 80cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
- There are double doors at the entrance, with one leaf locked.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has a bar where drinks can be ordered, buffet counters, self service counters, table service (on request only) and staff who can provide assistance.
- Menus are menu boards, displayed on the counter and large print.
- Food served includes: varies daily.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- Some of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.

- There is a second set of doors to enter both the male and female toilets, with identical specifications to the first. Both sets of doors are permanently held open.
