Getting to (Empire Pool Bar)

The Empire Pool Bar is located in the left wing of the hotel, with its own outside access on Level -1 (swimming pool level) from the Quiet Outdoor Pool. Step-Free level access is also possible via a link corridor leading directly from the Main Lifts on Level -1.
The most accessible route has step-free level access and a lift.

This bar is in the same location as the Empire Ballroom Entertainment Venue.

The entrance to the bar is located at the edge of the Quiet Outdoor Pool, next to the external stairs leading up to the Fontana Lobby and Terrace Bar.
The entrance to the bar is accessed by lift.

There is no step-free access at the entrance to the bar.
There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
There is a manual door at the entrance, which is permanently open.
The width of the door opening is 167cm.
The door has a medium colour contrast.
A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
