Access Guide
Getting to (Fontana Lobby and Terrace Bar)
- The Fontana Lobby and Terrace Bar is located to the rear of the main hotel lobby.
- The most accessible route has steps, a steep ramp/slope (which bypasses any steps) and an open entrance with no doors.

Entrance (Rear Left - Stepped Access)
- The entrance to the bar is located to the rear left of the main hotel lobby.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the bar.
- There are 2 steps, which are clearly marked, with handrails on both sides.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Entrance (Rear - Ramped Access)
- The entrance to the bar is located at the rear of the main hotel lobby.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the bar.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with a handrail on the left going down.
- There are 2 steps, which are clearly marked, with handrails on both sides.
- The ramp overcomes the steps.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Bar
- The bar serves drinks and has full table service.
- Menus are handheld, menu boards, countertop and large print.
- Food served includes: a modern bar menu and drinks only.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies cannot bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups and a portable card machine for payment.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- There is step-free level access around some of the area.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is shiny.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- Lighting levels in this bar are low in the evening.

- These stairs can be bypassed by using the lifts inside the building.
