Getting to the Room (363)

The average walking time to the room is 3 minutes.
From the entrance foyer, take the main lift up to Level 3. Head along the corridor leading into the right wing of the hotel, signed "354-386". Room 363 is located on the left hand side of the corridor.
The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access, a standard lift and doors permanently held open.
The majority of walkway widths on the route to the room are between 120cm and 180cm.
Some flooring on the route is shiny and patterned.
Please note that the other 5 adapted rooms are located throughout the hotel - not next to this one. Directions to the rooms may vary, but all have step-free level access (via lift).

This room has adaptations for disabled people. There are 6 rooms of this type in the resort.
All rooms with adaptations for disabled people are similar to the one surveyed.

The room door is manual, opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.

The following adaptations are not available: plug sockets at a recommended height (between 40cm - 100cm), bedside plug sockets and a lowered spyhole.
The room has a fridge. This can be used to store medication.

Grab rails in the ensuite include: a diagonal grab rail at the shower.
Fixtures that are in reach from the toilet include: the toilet roll holder.
Fixtures that are out of reach from the toilet include: the wash basin and the soap dispenser.
The taps are lever mixer.
The ensuite does not have an emergency alarm.
The ensuite does not have a flashing fire alarm.
