Access Guide
Getting to (Spa)
- The spa is located on Level -1 (Swimming Pool Level), to the rear of the hotel building, at the rear of the indoor pool.
- The most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and doors permanently held open.

Entrance (Spa)
- The entrance to the spa is located on Level -1 (Swimming Pool Level), to the rear of the hotel building, at the rear of the indoor pool.
- The entrance to the spa is accessed by lift.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance to the spa.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 159cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Reception (Spa)
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- Lighting levels are good at this reception.
- The reception desk is too high for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is shiny.
- There are coffee tables and sofas available in this reception area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest in the reception area.

Swimming Pool (Jacuzzi)
- This is an indoor relaxation pool.
- There is step-free level access into the pool area.
- Access into the water is via steps.

- There is step-free level access around the whole pool.
- The pool is not staffed and does not have a lifeguard.
- Seating around the pool includes: chairs without armrests.
- Additional facilities include: a jacuzzi and poolside showers.

- The poolside showers are the same as those used for the changing area.
Sauna
- This sauna is located inside the spa, along the corridor on the ground floor and to the rear left as you enter the jacuzzi pool area.

- The door is manual, opens outwards and has a medium colour contrast.
- The width of the door opening is 41cm.
- There is not room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
Treatment Room (Massage Room)
- There is step-free level access into the room.
- There is a manual door which opens inwards and has a high colour contrast.
- The width of the door opening is 75cm.
- The room does not have an unobstructed turning space (150cm x 150cm).
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is shiny.
- There is a fixed massage table.
- There are coffee tables, stools and chairs without armrests available in the room.
- There is not a hearing assistance system in the room.
