Toilet with Adaptations for Disabled People (Left of Main Reception - Transfer Both Sides)
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial and written text signage on or near the toilet door.
- The toilet door is manual, opens outwards and has a high colour contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 96cm.
- The toilet door has a twist lock.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 203cm x 248cm and it has a turning space of at least 150cm x 150cm.
- There are lateral transfer spaces on both sides of the toilet but the left side, as you look at it, is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space on the left is 73cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
- The lateral transfer space on the right is 72cm from the side of the toilet pan to the wall.
- There is a push button flush on the wall above the cistern.
- There is a dropdown rail on both sides of the seat.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: a toilet roll holder on the dropdown rail.
- The following fixtures cannot be reached from the toilet seat: the wash basin, the soap dispenser and hand dryer.
- The following fixtures are at the recommended height: the soap dispenser (between 80cm - 100cm) and hand dryer (between 80cm - 100cm).
- The following fixtures are not at the recommended height: the toilet seat (not at 48cm), the toilet roll holder (not between 80cm - 100cm), the wash basin (not between 72cm - 74cm) and the baby changing facility (not at 75cm).

- The following grab rails are available: a horizontal grab rail on the non-transfer side.

- The lateral transfer space is 113cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a push button flush on top of the cistern.
- The following grab rails are available: a horizontal grab rail on the non-transfer side.
- There is a dropdown rail on the transfer side.
- The following fixtures can be reached from the toilet seat: a toilet roll holder on the dropdown rail.
