Access Guide
Getting to (The Restaurant)
- From the reception lobby, take a lift to level -3. On exiting the lift, continue straight ahead and exit the building via the double manual doors.
- Proceed down the ramp, then veer right and go down the second ramp. The restaurant is straight ahead. .
- The most accessible route has a lift, steep ramps/slopes and manual doors.
Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located on level -3.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the restaurant.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with handrails on both sides.
- There is an opening without doors at the entrance, which is permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 300cm.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has staff who can provide assistance and buffet counters.
- Food served includes: buffet food and varies daily.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: lactose free, vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, nut allergy and dairy free.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: takeaway cups.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
- None of the counters are at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm) .
- The flooring inside is hard.
- Some flooring is shiny.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
Seating
- There is step-free level access around the area.
- There is space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- The seating includes: chairs without armrests.
- The tables are not suitable for wheelchair users (between 70cm - 80cm and free from obstruction).
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring outside is hard.
- There is background noise which varies, depending on the time of day.
