Shop
- The majority of aisle widths are not 150cm+.
- The route to the till area is step-free level.
- There is not a low level till at the recommended height for wheelchair users (between 76cm - 85cm).
- The till does not have a hearing assistance system.
- Services/facilities available in the shop include: a portable card machine for payment and a member of staff to provide assistance.
- There is background noise.
- Lighting levels are good in the shop.
Entrance
- The entrance to the building is located at the front of the shop.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the building.
- The ramp is steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- The slope does not overcome the step.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which are permanently open.
- The width of the door opening is 82cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Getting to
- The shop is in the grounds of the resort in the right hand side activity area.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope and an open entrance with no doors.
