Getting to
- The spa is in the grounds of the resort in the right hand side activity area.
- The most accessible route has a steep ramp/slope and an open entrance with no doors.
- The nearest toilet with adaptations for disabled people is located in the toilet block, off the quiet area, please click here for more information (new tab).
Entrance
- The entrance to the spa is located at the front of the building.
- There is no step-free access at the entrance to the spa.
- There is 1 step, which is unmarked, with no handrails.
- There is a manual door at the entrance, which opens away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 66cm.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Reception
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- Lighting levels are good at this reception.
- There is a reception desk suitable for a wheelchair user.
- The reception does not have a hearing assistance system.
- There is hard flooring.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- There are armchairs available in this reception area.
- There is not space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
- There is not space for an assistance dog to rest in the reception area.
