Resort Information

  • The resort is located along the beachfront, to the south of Hurghada in Egypt.
  • This resort has the following facilities: rooms with some adaptations for disabled people, a toilet with some adaptations for disabled people, shops, a spa, beach access, a playground, a sports court, a gym, a swimming pool, a splash park, a water park and a sauna. There may be additional charges for some of these facilities, for more information please contact TUI or the resort.
  • The resort has 1001 rooms available. 3 of these rooms have adaptations for disabled people.
  • Standard rooms with adjoining rooms are available.
  • There is step free access to the lower level of the resort from the adapted rooms. The majority of bars, restaurants, toilets and hotel room blocks on the lower level are accessed via steep ramps. There are steep ramps leading to the main building, lobby bar and buffet restaurants on the upper level of the resort. Access to the Al Ayam Shisha Bar is stepped only.
  • There are 7 restaurants.
  • There are more than 10 swimming pools (excluding room pools).
  • There are shops.
  • Some shops have step-free access.
  • Some of the shops have door widths over 75cm.
  • Some of the shops have room to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
  • Toilet and changing facilities available include: toilets with some adaptations for disabled people, step-free standard toilets, standard toilets and standard changing rooms.
  • Toilet facilities with some adaptations for disabled people can be found in the main building close to reception, between Fayrouz bar and Fanatasia, close to Waves bar, close to Four Corners restaurant and close to the Aquarius pool bar.
  • Standard toilet facilities can be found in the main building close to reception, between Fayrouz bar and Fanatasia, close to Waves bar, close to Four Corners restaurant, close to the Aquarius pool bar, close to Sofra restaurant, next to Corella restaurant, within Nino's restaurant, within the changing areas close to Aqua Park 2 and Paradisio bar, and Corella restaurant, on the ground floor of hotel block 3 close to the clinic, and on the ground floor of hotel block 3 close to rooms 3036-3056.
  • Baby change facilities can be found in the main building, on the ground floor of hotel block 3 close to the clinic, and within the changing area close to Paradisio bar.
  • The resort has the following available: bath mats.
  • There is a medication fridge available on request.
  • Guests can hire mobility equipment from the resort.
  • Guests cannot hire mobility equipment locally.
  • Guests can use their own mobility scooter at the resort.
  • Guests are able to store and charge their own mobility scooters anywhere on the resort.
  • We have been told that assistance dogs are not allowed in the resort.
  • This resort is not aware of the Sunflower Lanyard Scheme.
  • There is not a Safe/Quiet Place available in the resort.

  • The paths around the resort are made from: concrete, tiles and block paving.

  • All the paths are illuminated.
  • There are buggies available for all guests, which are used to overcome the ramps/slopes.
