Access Guide
Getting to (Amaya)
- Amaya is located on the lower level of the resort, close to Swimming Pool 3, Sofra and La Perla Pool Bar.
- The most accessible route has steps and a steep ramp/slope.

Entrance
- The entrance to the restaurant is located close to Swimming Pool 3, Sofra and La Perla Pool Bar.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance to the restaurant.
- The ramp is very steep, between 75cm and 150cm wide, with no handrails.
- There are 3 steps, which have some clear markings, with no handrails.
- The ramp overcomes the steps.
- There are manual doors at the entrance, which open away from you.
- The width of the door opening is 115cm.
- The doors has a low colour contrast.
- A member of resort staff is available for assistance at this entrance.
Restaurant
- The restaurant has full table service.
- Menus are handheld and online.
- Food served includes: Indian food.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- Guests with food allergies can bring their own food.
- The following are available: drinking straws, takeaway cups, takeaway cutlery and room charge.
- There is no hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise.
- The flooring inside is hard.
- The flooring is not shiny or patterned.
- Lighting levels in this area are low in the evening.
- There is step-free level access around the area.
Seating

- There is some space for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre in the seating area (150cm x 150cm).
